Qianyi is rising a sophomore at Vanderbilt University, majoring in computer science and double majoring in philosophy. Coming to the U.S. at the age of 14, she found herself serving as a medium for Americans to learn about China and undermining racial stereotypes. Meanwhile, she slowly gained an understanding of U.S. perspectives through communicating and taking courses such as U.S. Government and U.S. history. She joined GCC to continue to pursue her interest in China-US relations.
In her spare time, she likes to read and exercise.
