Yihong (Jerry) Zhang is currently a senior at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Computer Science and Economics, with a minor in Financial Economics. Since joining GCC as a freshman, he has been able to actively pursue his passion in US-China relations. From 2018-2019, he served as the co-president at the Johns Hopkins chapter. During his tenure as president, Jerry initiated speaker series to provide open forums for students and professionals to network and discuss current topics related to US-China.
Jerry had previous internship experience in investment banking, hedge fund, and private equity. Most recently, he interned at Morgan Stanley Hong Kong office as an investment banking summer analyst in 2020.
In addition to GCC, Jerry served as an international student ambassador at his university and has been actively involved in his university’s parliamentary debate team. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading books and working out.
