Founded in 2016, the GCC Penn State (PSU) Chapter serves as an extension of Global China Connection Organization, one of the largest student-run nonprofit organizations in the world. Moreover, throughout our partnership with the Penn State Chinese Language Program, the PSU chapter strives to develop students’ academic and professional skills recommended to succeed considering the constantly evolving interaction between Asian and Western societies. Ultimately, the GCC Penn State Chapter constantly expands its professional network to connect future leaders from diverse backgrounds and equip students with global perspectives on geopolitical, economic, business, and international relations.

Furthermore, the organization focuses on sharing with both Chinese and non-Chinese students the increasing opportunities and growing demand for young professionals who are familiar with the Chinese culture and language.
