SWINDAR ZHOU

Swindar Zhou is currently a freshman at the University of Notre Dame, studying at the College
of Science and the College of Arts and Letters. She was born and raised in Shenzhen, China, and
she chose to study in America to challenge herself and broaden her perspective on seeing the
world. She is passionate about making connections with people and demonstrating her leadership
for many youth-led organizations regionally and nationally, ranging from social justice to
sustainability. This inspires her to join the GCC team as she deeply believes in the core values of
GCC, which enables her to pursue her interest in connecting with people and compiling stories
that are powerful to be listened to. In her spare time, she is a marathon runner and a tennis
player.
