Blair Tsao is a postgraduate student majoring in International Education at Exeter University, UK. She has solid hosting performances about cultural events during Soochow University and obtained the “Best Host” title. Before two years ago, she worked in the Soochow foreign language school as a Grade Team Leader and Headteacher of Class.
