Jung Won Kim 金重源 - President 总裁
Jung Won is a senior at Cornell University studying Economics. Before serving as President of GCC Central Management, he served as the President of the Cornell chapter of GCC when the school hosted the 2017 GCC World Summit. Besides GCC, he is also involved with student government and serves as the President of the Cornell Student Assembly. He is deeply interested in foreign policy, especially in regards to Korean reunification, and plans to enter the investment management field upon graduation.

Lifan Zhang 张力帆 - Senior VP

Lifan Zhang is currently a financial services senior risk consultant at Ernst & Young LLP in New York City. As a risk management professional, she primarily assesses and improves different leading financial institution’s risk and regulatory framework. She graduated from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington with a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Lifan served as Vice President of Development last year in GCC Central Management team and established strategic partnerships with China Europe International Business School and Smith School of Business of Queen's University in Canada. Lifan previously served as a Vice President of Marketing organizing fundraising events in Dream Corps International, a non-profit organization founded in North Carolina in 2004, which is dedicated to improving the environment for learning and development of children in rural China.
Lifan is committed to bring fresh ideas and perspective to the GCC and the people around her based on her various experiences and background. She believes that progress happens by bringing people together from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to make positive changes.
Jianxiong Zhang 张健雄– VP of Alumni Affairs

Jianxiong Zhang is an undergraduate student at Carleton College Class of 2020 in Minnesota, United States. Jianxiong grew up in Chongqing, and has lived in Beijing for many years.
Before college, Jianxiong had 2 gap years. Jianxiong worked as a Junior Fellow at a social enterprise promoting education reform in China through extracurricular activities and experiential education.
Jianxiong has a broad passion for U.S.-China relations, public policy, education, economy, and journalism. He has written about education for Illumi Magazine, NAthology, and is currently writing about U.S.-China relations for PolitiCarl, a political magazine at Carleton College. Jianxiong also works as a part-time local correspondent contributing to the Carletonian and many online platforms.
Jesse Yang 杨帆 – VP of Development

Jesse Yang (Cornell University Class of 2019) has worked at Microsoft China over the past years as the CTO’s (Chief Technology Director) assistant. Primarily, Jesse has worked on projects regarding smart city programming which uses technology to find solutions to urban planning designs such as “smart parking”, and “city wifi”.
Aside from his internship, he also continued to organize the annual Cornell Beijing Summit, a conference he founded since 2016. The conference aims to lay a platform for young Chinese talents to hear from and communicate with global leaders and industry experts through professional panels on the topics of education, technology, finance, entrepreneurship, environmental protection, and media and entertainment. This year, Jesse successfully attracted near over 1,200 attendees compared to 500 from a year ago along with speakers like Yunlai Zhu (former CEO of China International Capital Corporation, China’s leading investment banking firm), Liming Chen (Chairman of IBM China), and Jeffrey Lehman (11th President of Cornell University).
On campus, Jesse currently serves as the President of Cornell’s CSSA (Chinese Student and Scholars Association), an international organization that is officially supported by the Embassy of People’s Republic of China.
Sunan Qian 钱苏楠 - VP of Marketing

Sunan Qian (钱苏楠) is currently a student of Class 2019 at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She has a passion for languages and can speak Chinese, English, French and Korean. In the College, she works as Senator in the Student Government Class Board and Chair of Chinese Cultural Association.
Sunan joined the GCC family as Marketing Associate in 2015, and has continued to work in the central management as Director of Marketing till now. She feels inspired by the values GCC passes along and the passion of its members who devote to promoting multicultural communication. Besides her experiences with GCC, Sunan has interned at Colliers International, Bank of China and European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing Guzheng, singing and watching basketball games. She is also good at 10-meter air pistol shooting in the Olympic style and is passionate about horse-riding.
Harry Liu 刘寅昊 - VP of Networks

Harry Liu is a Junior studying International Relations and Quantitative Economics at Tufts University in Boston. He has an interest in International Development Economics and is actively involved in several development projects in Nepal and Peru. Previously, He worked at Mckinsey & Co, as well as Ernst & Young Advisory Department.
Harry joined GCC in his freshman year and is now serving as the President of GCC Tufts Chapter. He was also on the planning board of the GCC Annual Conference at Cornell University last year.
As the VP of Network, he aims to strengthen the GCC network and expand the organization’s footprint to bring GCC’s unique perspective to a wider audience.
James Tang 唐言诚 - Director of Technology

James Tang is currently a software engineering student at McGill University and a developer intern at SAP Labs China. He also founded nodetech.co, a tech & media start up based in Chengdu, China.
James' main focus is the design and development of software system, testing and release planning, engineering project management & team integration. James also has experience in business operation, graphic design, web development and IoT. In university, James worked as a volunteer for the McGill Chapter of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). James has passion for both business and software engineering. He wishes to blend his passion for business with the skills he has in the software engineering field in order to serve GCC Central Management as the Director of Technology. James first encountered GCC in his freshman year where he immediately developed interests in the cause of GCC. He joined as a marketing manager and later moved on to become the co-president of GCC McGill.
